About Mercor
Mercor is training models that predict how well someone will perform on a job better than a human can. Similar to how a human would review a resume, conduct an interview, and decide who to hire, we automate all of those processes with LLMs. Our technology is so effective it’s used by all of the top 5 AI labs.
We crossed a $100M revenue run rate and have averaged 59% month over month growth for the last 6 months, making us the fastest growing company in the world. The team is small and we remain extremely profitable because we can’t hire great people as fast as revenue is growing.
About the Role
-
As part of Executive Operations at Mercor, you'll work directly with our COO to get things done. Your main job is simple: take work off the COO's plate so they can focus on the most important decisions across all departments and functions.
-
You'll sit alongside the COO, observe how decisions are made, and gradually handle more responsibility. Think of this as an apprenticeship where you get to see how a fast-growing company actually runs.
-
You'll have access to everything the COO sees - emails, meetings, calls, and conversations. This transparency will help you understand the business quickly and become effective in your role.
-
You report directly to the COO. The job comes with competitive pay, a housing bonus, relocation bonus, performance bonus, and equity.
The Counter-Sell
This role is not for everyone. You should probably NOT join us if:

-
You're uncomfortable with your priorities shifting frequently based on business needs
-
You dislike doing tasks that might seem "beneath your pay grade" when necessary
-
You need extensive onboarding and training programs
-
You want to work in a mature, well-established organization with set processes
-
You prefer working remotely or with flexible in-office requirements
-
You're looking for immediate management responsibilities
