We've built AI vetting infrastructure that brings the same level of scrutiny to the top of a hiring funnel that is traditionally reserved for final applicants. For example, our AI interviewer joins a video call and has a real-time conversation based on full context about a candidate's background, from companies they've previously worked at to their most impressive personal projects.

Our crawlers automatically pull information from resumes, GitHubs, personal portfolio websites, and more to create a complete picture of every applicant. This enables us to navigate millions of profiles, conduct thousands of interviews, and pinpoint the one or two individuals in the world who are the perfect fit for a specific role.

Companies can find candidates in seconds by describing them in natural language at team.mercor.com. For example, a company might query for “a full-time python developer who has computer vision experience.” Within seconds, our deep semantic search queries over hundreds of thousands of resumes, personal portfolio websites, Twitters, AI interview transcripts, and GitHubs to find the best matches. Companies can immediately watch AI interviews of candidates and add them to their team with one click, managing payments through our platform.

Mercor was founded in January of 2023 by Brendan Foody (CEO), Adarsh Hiremath (CTO), and Surya Midha (COO).
